The so-called “premium quality” of snails. A more intense flavour, compact flesh and darker shell. Found in humid continental and oceanic climates.

Ingredients: Milk Snails (Otala lactea)
(MOLLUSCS), water and salt.
Cooked product. Once opened, keep refrigerated and serve within 48 hours.
Keep between 0 and 6°C.
Sauté preparations: Prepare a sauté, add the previously drained snails, and allow to cook for 20 minutes.
Paella preparations: Previously drained, add the snails to the paella before the rice and allow to cook for 20 minutes.
