To avoid altering the quality of this product, do not refreeze once thawed.
Defrost the snails by placing them in water at room temperature.
Add the previously thawed snails to the desired paella broth, stew or sauce and cook at a medium heat for 10 to 20 minutes.
Requires a full cooking time.
