THEBA PISANA
The most sought-after in our country. Smooth flesh, small size and white shell. Found in dry climates. It is briefly harvested between the months of May and August.

Ingredients: Milk snails (Otala lactea) (MOLLUSCS), 40%, sauce (crushed tomato (tomato, salt, acidifier (citric acid)), onion, water, red pepper, olive oil, garlic, dehydrated meat stock (salt, corn starch, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), sugar, yeast extract, extra virgin olive oil, onion, flavouring, colouring agent: E-150d, spices (turmeric)), thickener (modified potato starch, emulsifiers (guar gum and carrageenans)), salt, spices and herbs). May contain: MUSTARD, SESAME, GLUTEN, CELERY and/or their derivatives.
Cooked product. Once opened, keep refrigerated and serve within 24 hours.
Keep between 0 and 6°C.
Microwave: Separate the bowl from the cardboard, pierce the lid and heat in a microwave at maximum power (not on grill option) for 4 minutes. CAUTION: The cardboard is not microwave-safe.
Casserole: Open the packaging, pour the contents into a casserole bowl and heat on medium heat for 7 minutes.
