THEBA PISANA
The most sought-after in our country. Smooth flesh, small size and white shell. Found in dry climates. It is briefly harvested between the months of May and August.

Ingredients: White Garden Snails (Theba pisana) (MOLLUSCS), 50%, broth 50% (water, dehydrated meat flavoured stock (salt, corn starch, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), sugar, yeast extract, extra virgin olive oil, onion, flavouring, colouring agent: E-150d, spices (turmeric)), salt, spices, cayenne).
May contain: MUSTARD, SESAME, GLUTEN, CELERY and/or its derivatives.
Cooked product. Once opened, keep refrigerated and serve within 24 hours.
Keep between 0 and 6°C.
Microwave: Separate the bowl from the cardboard, pierce the lid and heat in a microwave at medium-maximum power (not on grill option)
for 6 minutes.
CAUTION: The cardboard is not microwave-safe.
Casserole: Open the packaging, pour the contents into a casserole bowl and heat on medium heat for
8 minutes.
